Creating a New Workspace

A workspace is an independent layout of tools and windows that you can customize for a specific strategy, asset, style, or task.

ProfitForge allows you to create any number of workspaces, easily switch between them, and fine-tune each one as needed.

✚ How to Create a Workspace​

  • Click the + New Workspace button in the top bar
  • That’s it! A blank workspace will be created and ready for customization

🧲 Detachable Windows​

Any window can be:

  • Pulled out into a floating window (e.g., for a second monitor)
  • Returned to the main interface by simply dragging it back

This is especially useful for multi-monitor setups.

✍️ Renaming Workspaces​

To quickly navigate between your workspaces, you can give each one a custom name. For example: BTC Scalping, Altcoins Binance, or Bitget Gaps — whatever suits your workflow.

Renaming is easy:

  • Click the dropdown menu on the workspace tab and select Rename
  • Type the new name
  • Press Enter — done!

💡 Workspace names are saved automatically and persist after restarting the terminal.

📌 Tip​

Customizing one workspace doesn’t affect the others — feel free to experiment and create different configurations for various tasks.
